This is a very eye catching and strong image in my opinion and is based on a phobia I have myself. Although the subjects face and expression doesn't show fear I thought that approach was quite clever. It's almost like the phobia has been battled with and has become a part of them. The simplicity of the shapes and the way in which the image has been created is something that I'd like to achieve myself.
