When searching for phobias, I came across this image which came across very striking and rather tense. The positioning of the subject along with portraying a slightly dirty bath tub and wall makes the image look like its trying to show struggle. Also the use of a colourful wall that displays dark shades and atmospheric colours brings the mood down and reinforces the sense of struggle.
